Many of our satisfied customers come to us through referrals from friends and family members. Refer a friend or family member (as many as you want) and receive a $15 Gift Certificate of your choice to Macy\'s, Starbucks or Jamba Juice. Here is how it works:
  • Your friends and/or family members must be residents of California
  • Refer as many friends and family members as you would like. The more you refer, the greater the probability of getting your Gift Certificate(s)
  • Receive one Gift Certificate for each referral who buys a health insurance product from us and keeps it for at least 90 days
  • We will mail your Gift Certificate at least 90 days after your referral applies for and is accepted by health insurance company
  • Referral must keep his/her insurance in force for at least 90 days
  • Gift Certificates can be mailed to street addresses only (sorry no PO Boxes allowed)
  • Gift Certificate program applies to business referrals as well
    • You will receive your Gift Certificate in the mail after your referral applies for, is approved and maintains a health insurance product for at least 3 months. Please allow at least 90 days to receive your Gift Certificate(s) in the mail.
